Replies, tracking & verification
Three things tell you how a campaign went.
Replies are the real answer. ColdMerge watches the Gmail threads it started for you, notices when someone writes back, and stops that campaign’s follow-ups to that person. Nothing else in your inbox is ever read.
Open and click tracking is optional, off by default, and needs a tracking domain of your own. It tells you less than you might hope, and this section is honest about how much less.
Email verification checks an address before you send to it. It gives you one of four verdicts, it charges you only for an answer, and it never removes anyone from your list. Verification informs, it never suppresses.

The stances behind these pages
Section titled “The stances behind these pages”Reply rate is the headline. It comes free from reply detection, it needs no tracking domain, and it measures the thing you actually want. Open rate does not.
Cost is shown before any spend. A verification check never starts on its own. You see the number of addresses, the credit cost, your balance, and any shortfall before a single credit leaves your wallet.
Verification informs, it never suppresses. A dead verdict is a third party’s guess. Guesses do not get to add people to your suppression list. Only a real bounce or a real unsubscribe does that.
