ColdMerge is a mail merge and follow-up tool for freelancers, founders and small teams. It sends personalized campaigns through the Gmail account you connect, then stops follow-ups when someone replies.
What ColdMerge does
Mail merge from your own Gmail
Connect Gmail or Google Workspace, import a list you have researched and fill messages with details from that list. Campaign mail goes out through the account you connected and appears in its Sent folder.
Follow-ups that stop on replies
Write the first email and each follow-up, then choose when the next step may send. When ColdMerge detects a reply or bounce, it cancels that person's remaining follow-ups.
Sending controls you can see
Set a sending window and daily cap for each mailbox. A new mailbox starts at 20 sends a day and gradually ramps over its first five weeks, so you can see the allowance before starting a campaign.

Gmail remains your sending account
ColdMerge sends through the Gmail or Google Workspace mailbox you connect. You keep conversations in the inbox you already use.
You choose the prospects and the words
Bring your own list and write your own messages. Merge fields use your list's columns; ColdMerge does not generate outreach copy or synthetic warm-up conversations.
Follow-ups stop when the conversation starts
Replies and bounces stop the remaining steps for that person. Other people in the campaign continue on their own schedules.
The limits are visible
Mailbox allowances, campaign windows and daily caps are shown where you plan and monitor a send. You can see which limit is currently holding a campaign back.
A person helps with the first campaign
During the private beta, Mubarak reviews invite requests and offers a setup call. Questions sent to [email protected] receive a response within one business day, Monday to Friday.

I have spent years doing cold email alongside freelance Webflow development. I prefer using my own Gmail account, but I wanted a mail merge with the campaign controls I expected from dedicated outreach tools.
That is why I built ColdMerge: a familiar Gmail workflow with personalization, timed follow-ups, visible limits and a clear stop when someone replies. I am building it with feedback from people doing their own outreach.
