Do I pay for the people on my team?

No. The price follows the connected sending inboxes, not the number of people in your workspace. An inbox is a Gmail or Google Workspace account that ColdMerge sends from.

I need four inboxes. What do I pay?

Growth, at $49 a month. The bundles are up to 3 and up to 10, with nothing in between, so a fourth inbox moves you from Starter to Growth. Growth also adds the custom tracking domain.

How does annual billing work?

You pay ten months upfront for twelve: $190 a year for Starter, $490 for Growth, and ten times the monthly price for a custom inbox count. You choose the term at the moment you add a card. The app does not move an existing subscription between monthly and annual; contact support to switch.

Open the billing page and choose “Manage billing” to cancel through Stripe. There is no ticket to file. Your paid access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

The trial takes no card, so there is nothing to refund. Cancel within 14 days of your first paid charge and that charge is refunded pro rata for the unused part. An unused verification credit pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. If a fault of ours stopped you using ColdMerge, ask: I would rather refund a period than argue about it.

What access to my Gmail does ColdMerge need?

Two permissions are required: sending, so campaigns go out from your own mailbox, and reading, used only to match replies and bounces to messages ColdMerge sent so follow-ups stop. Your name and address are optional. There is no permission to modify, move or delete your mail, and you can revoke access from your Google Account at any time.

What are the sending limits?

Each mailbox has its own daily allowance. A new mailbox starts at 20 a day and increases gradually over its first five weeks, subject to its sending limits. A free Gmail address is capped at 100 a day once ramped, and a Google Workspace account at 2,000. During the trial the whole workspace is also paced at 100 recipients a day. Google applies its own limits on top, and ColdMerge shows which limit is holding a campaign.
