What the Home screen tells you
Home is the first page you land on after logging in. Early on it is a setup checklist. Once you are sending, it turns into a quick read on how things are going. It works on a phone.
The header
Section titled “The header”The page greets you by name. Next to the greeting is a Refresh button that re-reads everything on the page. If a refresh fails, Home keeps showing you the last good numbers and adds a small note, rather than wiping the page.

Get your first campaign out
Section titled “Get your first campaign out”This is the checklist, and it is headed by what the four steps are for. The line under the heading tells you how many are left. Once none are left the heading itself changes to “Your workspace is set up”. Each row is a link that takes you to the place where you do that step. Each row also carries a badge: Done or To do.
The checklist never goes away and cannot be dismissed. Once everything is done it just sits there reading Done.
| Step | What it means | Where it takes you |
|---|---|---|
| Connect a mailbox | Your campaign sends from your own Gmail address, as you. Done once at least one mailbox is connected, and the hint then counts them. | Settings, then Accounts |
| Import your contacts | Bring in the people your campaign will reach, from a CSV or a paste. Done once you have any contacts at all, and the hint then counts them. | Contacts, then Imports |
| Create a list | A campaign sends to a list, so group the people this one is aimed at. Done once you have any list, and the hint then counts them. | Contacts, then Lists |
| Send your first campaign | Write it once, send it to the whole list, paced through your mailbox. Done once a campaign has actually sent to somebody, not when one is drafted. | Campaigns |
Connect a mailbox appears only for Owners and Admins, because only they can connect one. If you are a Member you see the other three.
Each step is worked through in Send your first campaign.

The reply-rate card
Section titled “The reply-rate card”Above the checklist, once anything has actually sent, Home adds a card with your reply rate as one large number, along with the reply and sent counts behind it, and your bounce rate beside it with a health badge. A caption states the time window all of those numbers cover.
Before your first send there is nothing to divide by, so this card does not appear at all. A fresh workspace sees the checklist first instead.
Choosing anywhere on the card opens the full Analytics page.

At a glance
Section titled “At a glance”Four tiles, each a link into that section.
| Tile | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Contacts | Every contact in your workspace. |
| Lists | How many lists you have. |
| Campaigns | How many campaigns exist, in any state. When any are live it adds a hint reading “N sending now”. |
| Sent (24h) | Messages sent in the last 24 hours, across your mailboxes. |
Sent (24h) is a rolling 24 hours, not today so far. It does not reset at midnight, so a number that looks stuck at 11pm is usually just the last day’s sending still inside the window.

If Home does not load
Section titled “If Home does not load”If the whole page fails to load you get an error panel with a retry. If instead you pressed Refresh and that failed, Home leaves the numbers you had on screen and tells you the refresh did not go through. Try again, and check your connection if it keeps happening.
