Account & billing

This section covers two different things that share a word.

Account (singular) is you: the email address you sign in with, your password, and the devices you are signed in on. It lives under Settings, then Account, in the You group of the settings menu. Its one-line description reads “Your sign-in, email, and active sessions.”

Accounts (plural) is your workspace: the Google mailboxes ColdMerge sends your campaigns from. It lives under Settings, then Accounts, in the Workspace group. Its description reads “The Google mailboxes you send from.”

Nothing on the Account page touches your mailboxes, and nothing on the Accounts page touches your sign-in. If you came here looking for mailboxes, go to Mailboxes & sending domains instead.

  • Manage your account covers changing your password, changing the email address you sign in with, signing out other devices, and deleting your account for good.
  • Plans and billing covers the Plan panel, your standing, the warning banners, choosing a bundle or a custom inbox count, and how plan changes take effect.
  • What happens if a payment fails explains the grace period, what pauses, and how sending picks back up.
  • Notifications covers how you hear about replies and campaign alerts, and the emails ColdMerge itself sends you.

Anyone signed in can change their own password, their own email address, and their own notification choice. Those are personal settings.

Choosing or changing a plan is an Owner or Admin action. Deleting the whole account is Owner only. If you do not see those controls, your role does not include them.
