How does the ColdMerge trial work?
Understand the 14-day trial, inbox capacity, sending allowance, and payment choices.

The ColdMerge trial lasts 14 days and starts without a card. It begins when you sign up with Google or confirm an email-and-password account.
Which plan the trial uses
Section titled “Which plan the trial uses”The trial uses the plan you selected at sign-up. A Growth signup can connect up to 10 mailboxes, and a Starter signup can connect up to 3. If no plan was selected, the trial uses Starter. The Plan panel under Settings > Billing shows the plan and limits for your workspace.
You can change plan during the trial with Change plan, with or without a card. The change applies at once, keeps your remaining trial days, and charges nothing. The new plan is what Stripe charges when the trial ends.
Sending limits during the trial
Section titled “Sending limits during the trial”While the Trial pill shows, sending is capped across the whole workspace, combined over every mailbox and campaign. The Terms you accepted at signup set the whole-trial allowance: 500 recipients, or 100 for a higher-risk signup such as one using a free mail address or a domain registered in the last thirty days. The Sends left row shows your allowance.

Both limits end when the trial becomes a paid subscription.
Add a card without ending the trial
Section titled “Add a card without ending the trial”- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Choose Monthly or Yearly (discounted) under Billing term.
- Choose Add a card.
- Add the card on Stripe’s page.
The remaining trial days stay free. Stripe charges the selected plan when the trial ends. If no term is selected, the subscription is monthly.
Start the paid plan now
Section titled “Start the paid plan now”- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Choose a Billing term.
- Choose Start paying now.
- Complete the payment on Stripe.
This ends the trial when payment succeeds.
If the trial ends without a card, nothing is charged and sending pauses. Your workspace data remains available. Choose Subscribe on the Billing page to start a paid plan. ColdMerge does not grant a second trial.
On a paid plan with no card on file, adding inboxes is refused until you add a card through Manage billing, because the added capacity is charged at once.
