Getting started
ColdMerge sends cold email from the Gmail or Google Workspace mailboxes you already own. Your address is the one in the From line, the mail uses your own Google sending allowance, and replies land in your normal inbox. ColdMerge adds the parts Gmail does not have: contact lists, merge fields, follow-up steps that stop when someone replies, a sending window, and a pace that spreads your sends out instead of firing them in a burst.
What to do first
Section titled “What to do first”Work through the pages below in order. The whole path is: make an account, connect one mailbox, bring in a small list, and send one campaign you can watch. Start small. A first campaign of twenty or thirty people teaches you more than a first campaign of two thousand.
Finding your way around
Section titled “Finding your way around”The left rail is how you move between areas. Campaigns and Analytics sit under Outreach; Contacts and Verify under People; everything you set up once lives in Settings at the bottom. Here is the whole layout in a single pass:
Pages in this section
Section titled “Pages in this section”- How do I create my account? Sign up with Google or an email and password, verify your address, log in, and reset a password you forgot.
- How do I connect my Gmail? Start the Google consent flow, understand each permission, read the banner you land back on, and reconnect a mailbox later.
- Send your first campaign One continuous walkthrough, from a connected mailbox to a campaign that is really sending.
- What the Home screen tells you The setup checklist, the tiles, and what each one is counting.
Where to go next
Section titled “Where to go next”Once your first campaign is running, the rest of the docs go deeper: Mailboxes & sending domains for domain health and send budgets, Campaigns & sequences for follow-up steps and sending windows, and Contacts, lists & imports for bigger imports and merge fields.
